32 Day of the Girl 2020 Nominess
International Day of the Girl is a United Nations day of observance and was first celebrated in 2012.
Day of the Girl celebrates the achievements and accomplishments of women under the age of 19 but also raises awareness of the inequality that young girls face because of their gender.
INSPIRE : The Women's Portrait Project is honoured to create a parallel project that honours and celebrates inspirational young women under the age of 19 in our communities. These young women are raising the bar; they lead by example and challenge the world to do better, to think better; to be better.
Nominations Are Open
Nominations are open year round for INSPIRE: The Women's Portrait Project. Do you know a woman who deserves to be applauded for her supportive and inspirational actions? Do you want to invite INSPIRE to your community?
